Dr. Steven Price

Dr. Steven Price

Dr. Price graduated from the Howard University College of Dentistry with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1983. Since then, he has practiced general dentistry for over 35 years in the D.C. Metropolitan area. Over the course of his career, he has gained extensive training in: orthodontics, TMJ-whiplash injuries, periodontics, laser therapy, CEREC restorations, digital radiography and various oral cancer treatment options.

A large part of Dr. Price’s work is dedicated to community involvement. He has served as the Vice President of the Montgomery County Volunteer Dental Clinic and as the President of the Montgomery County Oral Cancer Task Force. In 2008, he was awarded a DC Department of Health Grant for residents who are at risk for oral cancer.

As an educator, he has lectured to the Howard University College of Dentistry, DC Trial Lawyers Association, Oral Health Task Force for the Intellectually Disabled and the Robert T. Freeman and Maryland Dental Societies.

Dr. Patricia Angole

Dr. Patricia Angole

Dr. Patricia Angole grew up in Freeport, Bahamas. She attended Metropolitan State University of Denver, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. Dr. Angole moved to Washington, D.C. in 2010 to attend Howard University College of Dentistry where she graduated in 2014 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS). Since graduation she has attended numerous continuing education courses in various disciplines, including: root canal therapy, orthodontics, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. In 2014, Dr. Angole joined Dr. Price, her mentor, at The Smile Express DC. Her patients love her warm, inviting smile and honest approach, which puts them at ease. In her free time, Dr. Angole enjoys spending time with her husband and attending church functions.

DR. FELICIA BROWN

DR. FELICIA BROWN

Felicia Brown is an alumnus of Howard University where she obtained a BS in biology in 2004 and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2008. In 2009, she went on to attend a General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York. Since 2010, she has worked in multiple dental practices in Washington D.C. In addition, she has attended many continuing education courses including those from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She has also volunteered on multiple mission trips including those with HealthFirst and TeamSmile. Dr. Brown’s passion for dentistry and serving her community is evident in all of her work.
Keidi Moore, RDH

Keidi Moore, RDH

Keidi Moore joined Dr. Price’s team in 2010 as a Dental Hygienist. Her friendly and approachable attitude and knowledge of her job helps put patients at ease. Keidi goes beyond her duties and never stops striving to be the best. She possesses a unique talent in servicing our special needs population. She was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad, and moved to Massachusetts when she was 11-years-old.

Keidi graduated from Howard University with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry with a pre-dental concentration. She went on to complete the dental hygiene program at Howard University College of Dentistry. Keidi is an active member of DCDHA, ADHA, ADA and NDHA. She is married to a software engineer who is also a Howard University graduate. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and also traveling.

Maria Thompson, DA

Maria Thompson, DA

Maria Thompson was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in 1980 with her family. Maria has over 20 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. She joined Dr. Price’s team in 2010 and is our lead Dental Assistant.

Maria has a warm and nurturing nature and is dedicated to her patients. She is also bilingual and acts as the office translator. Her chairside assistance puts every patient at ease. Maria enjoys spending time with her family and being an active member of her church.

Nneka Allen

Nneka Allen

Nneka Allen was born in Washington, D.C, and has a Trinidadian and Jamaican family. After graduating from TESST College of Computer Technology, and starting a career as a data technician, she realized her passion was to work with people, not computers. It motivated her to attend Fortis College to become an expanded functions Dental Assistant.

Nneka loves being a Dental Assistant and helping people achieve their goals of obtaining healthy, beautiful smiles. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, making jewelry, practicing yoga, playing acoustic guitar, hiking off road and exploring new trails. She lives by the motto: “A smile can and will always brighten any day!”
